Hand Crafted just for you

Our Signature Drink Package includes all the essentials: choose two drinks from our menu or create your own. We provide all necessary tools, ingredients, garnishes, disposable plastic cups, dry goods (napkins, straws, skewers), ice, basic mixers, water, and sparkling water. A custom-themed menu is included at no extra charge. Beer and wine service is also available, with up to four varieties of each. Glassware can be requested and coordinated separately. This package is designed for made-to-order bartending only. Bartenders and service rates are billed separately, with options for additional services upon request. Additional signature drinks can be added a la carte.

Our Full Bar package allows you to select up to four signature drinks, plus enjoy access to an extensive selection of mixers, ingredients, and garnishes. While this package offers an “open bar” experience, we recommend choosing a few signature drinks to help guide guests and reduce wait times. Though we do our best to provide a wide range of options, please note that fully recreating a complete bar with unlimited liquor varieties is not feasible. If there are any specific items you’d like, let us know in advance so we can accommodate them.

Passed cocktails and tableside wine service are included in this package; however, tableside water service is not included, as it can be time-consuming to fill multiple glasses. We always provide water and are happy to serve it, but for large-scale tableside water service, please coordinate separately—many food caterers include this, so be sure to ask them. We’re also happy to offer this as an additional service if needed.

Please note that wine pairing for coursed dinners is not included in this package. Additional bartenders or barbacks can be added for larger events to ensure efficient service.

Staff and service time are billed together as one entity. Bartenders & Bar backs are billed at a set rate in half-hour increments based on total service time per licensed bartender. Set-up and teardown times are not included.

Please note that in rare cases where multiple set-up days are required or service time exceeds 5 hours, additional charges may apply. For extended service hours, we aim to keep workdays within 12 hours for the well-being of our team. You may request a specific team member if desired. 

If booking on a holiday or holiday weekend, elevated rates may apply due to availability shortages, high demand, and the nature of the holiday.

Clean-up and trash removal related to bar service are included with service.

This is your event, and we’re happy to accommodate any request. Please note, additional charges apply for the following services. These services are priced separately, and adding one does not automatically include others. Charges may vary depending on the complexity of each service.

• Moving Parts – Multiple Service Areas
  If your event involves multiple rooms or service areas (e.g., cocktail hour in one area, dinner in another), we’ll need to plan and prepare accordingly. This may involve setting up extra equipment in advance and moving items between locations. This applies when there’s a rotation of service areas, such as when we switch locations or change bars midway through the event.
• Moving Parts – Tableside Wine Service
  Tableside wine service requires additional staffing and planning to ensure a smooth, coordinated experience. This involves moving between tables and maintaining the flow of service.
• Moving Parts – Champagne Tower Setup
  Setting up a champagne tower requires careful planning and extra staff to ensure everything is arranged properly. This involves preparing and arranging multiple tiers of champagne glasses.
• Moving Parts – Tableside Water and Beverage Orders
  Serving water and taking beverage orders at the table requires extra staff to manage orders and deliver service to each guest. As this involves moving between guests, additional coordination is needed.
• Moving Parts – Tray-Passed Cocktails or Wine
  For tray-passed cocktails or wine, we will provide one tray per team member. The more team members you hire, the quicker the service. This requires coordination and movement between guests.
• Moving Parts – Wine or Cocktail Pairings
  If you would like wine or cocktail pairings for your event, we will work closely with the head chef to ensure each drink is served with its corresponding dish. This requires coordination between the kitchen and bar.
• Mixology Lessons
  If you’re looking for an interactive experience instead of just waiting for your order, our mixology lessons provide a hands-on, engaging way to enjoy your event. This service incurs an additional fee, but is not categorized as a “moving part.”
• Moving Parts – Toast Pouring and Pre-Set Service
  If you require toast pouring or pre-setting drinks on a large scale, such as for a wedding, this will require careful planning and extra staff to ensure a smooth and seamless service.
• Moving Parts – Setting or Clearing Tables
  Setting or clearing tables requires extra time and effort, especially for larger events. If you would like us to handle this, we can accommodate your request.
• Glassware Service
  We work with local companies to provide glassware for your event. While coordination of glassware is free, additional time and space are required to properly set up the glassware before the event. If glasses need to be refilled throughout the event, this may require a barback to assist

To ensure a smooth experience, please review our payment and gratuity policies:

Alcohol Payment: All alcohol invoices must be paid directly to the distributor ahead of time.

Personal Events: Clients booking personal events (non-corporate) must pay their Bar & Stone invoice in full no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event. This policy is in place due to past issues with collecting payments.

Corporate Clients: Corporate clients are not subject to the 48-hour payment rule but are expected to pay invoices promptly.

Gratuity: Events may be subject to an automatic gratuity based on the size and scope of the event.

Deposits: During our busy season, we require deposits to secure your event date. Once a date is booked, we cannot guarantee availability for additional reservations.

At Bar & Stone, we go above and beyond to ensure your event is seamless and stress-free. Should you choose to make these services part of your experience, we will coordinate the following to enhance your event:

• Custom Ice Cubes and Specialty Ice: Through our partnership with Bar Alliance in Nashville, we can provide unique ice options, from custom designs to crystal-clear cubes, adding an elevated touch to your drinks.
• Glassware Coordination: We work with the top three rental companies in Nashville to arrange glassware for your event. While coordination is always complimentary, there may be an additional fee for the labor-intensive handling, setup, and cleanup involved in glassware service.
• Additional Rentals: Need more than just glassware? Whether it’s bar stools, linens, or other event essentials, we can coordinate rentals to meet your needs.
• Floral Arrangements: We’re happy to provide fresh floral arrangements or direct you to trusted professionals for larger or custom designs.
