Though we do our best to provide a wide range of options, please note that fully recreating a complete bar with unlimited liquor varieties is not feasible. If there are any specific items you’d like, let us know in advance so we can accommodate them.
Passed cocktails and tableside wine service are included in this package; however, tableside water service is not included, as it can be time-consuming to fill multiple glasses. We always provide water and are happy to serve it, but for large-scale tableside water service, please coordinate separately—many food caterers include this, so be sure to ask them. We’re also happy to offer this as an additional service if needed.
Please note that wine pairing for coursed dinners is not included in this package. Additional bartenders or barbacks can be added for larger events to ensure efficient service.
Staff and service time are billed together as one entity. Bartenders & Bar backs are billed at a set rate in half-hour increments based on total service time per licensed bartender. Set-up and teardown times are not included.

Deposits: During our busy season, we require deposits to secure your event date. Once a date is booked, we cannot guarantee availability for additional reservations.

We assist you step by step in coordinating your alcohol order through our trusted distributor, ensuring you have the perfect quantities for your event. Whether you’re looking for popular brands or a selection of rare bourbons, we can accommodate most requests. Delivery and return of alcohol are handled by us. Note any unopened bottles that are not damaged can be returned. SELTZERS & BEER CANNOT BE RETURNED!

Unless otherwise agreed upon, team members are not responsible for glassware, tableware, catering duties, tableside wine service, providing water for tableside dinners, or cleaning up anything not directly related to the bar. Additional services outside the standard bar setup and operation may result in an additional fee for the Client.
That said, we pride ourselves on being clean, neat, and organized. Our team will always ensure the bar area is spotless before leaving and will make a point to assist with any questions, concerns, or help you may need during your event. Your satisfaction is our priority!
All quotes are based on a set, scheduled service time. If the event extends beyond the agreed-upon time, the Client may be subject to additional fees, including charges to cover extended service hours. This policy ensures that all of our Team Members are compensated fairly for their time.
